About Sortlist

Sortlist helps marketing managers find their partners through the platform, where they can identify the most relevant agencies to address their marketing, creative, and digital requirements. Unfortunately, it does not provide clients with a searchable directory of marketing agencies. Instead, it provides agencies with new business opportunities based on the information they receive from prospective clients. Registration with Sortlist is free, and users are given five chances to reach clients – but after this, they are required to choose a type of subscription. All subscription options are relatively expensive and an additional commission fee must be paid to close a deal. 
All agency-client communication must go through the platform.
Sortlist has recently implemented a CRM platform to help clients and agencies collaborate and manage projects.

Agencies can register for free and receive five agency contact opportunities without a subscription, before choosing between three types of membership:

  • Studio+: €250/month, billed annually, €270/month, billed semi-annually or €280/month billed quarterly – from €3,000 to €3,360/year. Commission Fee: 9%.
  • Agency+: €700/month, billed annually, €750/month, billed semi-annually or €800/month billed quarterly – from €8,400 to €9,600/year. Commission Fee: 5%.
  • Premium+: €1400/month, billed annually, €1500/month, billed semi-annually or €1600/month billed quarterly – from €16,800 to €19,200/year. Commission Fee: 3%.
